Wisdom for Sale Synopsis

The Drama Team, consisting of 18 members, entered the Hong Kong School Drama Festival and performed “Wisdom for Sale” on 8th March, 2018. The story is adapted from an Indian Folktale about two wise and witty orphans who sell their wisdom on pieces of paper at the marketplace. The drama students had been preparing intensively for weeks leading up to the performance under the guidance of their drama tutor Mr. Mathew Ma. After the performance they were given valuable feedback by two external adjudicators. Through joining this competition and being part of the drama club, students were able to build confidence in speaking English and expressing themselves artistically.
