Leadership Training Day Camp

The ECA Committee organized a “Leadership Training Day Camp” for student leaders on 22 Oct 2021 (Fri). There were 77 leaders who came from different student organizations, including Students’ Union, Prefect Teams, Committees, Houses and Clubs joined the day camp. It provided the student leaders with a comprehensive introduction to the essential skills and qualities associated with leading people and teams. Several group activities and tasks were used as the vehicles to convey key concepts of leadership to participants and skills relating to goal achievement, accurate communication and proper prioritizing.
