To provide students with a chance to extend their learning beyond the classroom, 40 S.4 and S.5 students participated in a 5-day trip to Shanghai during the Easter Holiday organized by ICT and CS departments. Students visited various leading companies in different industries and witnessed how ICT knowledge such as AI, IOT and robotic technology is incorporated into the business. Two visits to two famous universities in China: Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University are also good cultural exchanges and students learnt much about the diverse lives after mingling with the local undergraduates. Students’ understanding of the current economy in China and the development of technology was also enriched and deepened.
