A visit to the Hong Kong Palace Museum (organized by the Home Economics Department)

With a view to enriching students’ knowledge about the ancient Chinese imperial emperor costumes and extraordinary embroidery works, the Home Economics Department held a visit to the newly-opened Hong Kong Palace Museum (香港故宮文化博物館) for S.1B students on 16th December, 2022.

The Hong Kong Palace Museum presents over 900 priceless treasures from the Palace Museum. Many of them are on display in Hong Kong for the first time, while others have never been shown to the public before. Students showed great interest and enjoyed the visit very much.
