The English Drama Club consist of S1 to S3 students. They meet on a weekly basis on Mondays after school with their Drama coach Mr. Nickel Tsang. During these sessions they will play fun and interactive drama games, and also prepare for drama competitions and shows. Every year they will participate in the Improvised Drama Competition, the Hong Kong School Drama Festival, as well as other drama related events.
Drama Festival 2023-24
Our drama team entered the 2023-24 Drama Festival and won ‘Award for Commendable Overall Performance’, ‘Award for Outstanding Cooperation’ and two actors were awarded ‘Award for Outstanding Performer’ for their performance of ‘The White Lake House’, written and directed by their drama teacher, Mr Nickel Tsang. The play explores the concepts of filial piety, cooperation, love and loss. These themes spoke deeply to the actors and they were able to express themselves through their performance.
